Sushi restaurant ideally located opposite the Bordeaux Nord polyclinic, perfect for patients looking to comfort themselves with delicious, fresh sushi. Unfortunately a little disappointing because although the portions presented, the price and the appearance are attractive, I had the misfortune of leaving with hot sushi stored at room temperature. I didn't realize it until I was outside. I couldn't eat them for fear of getting sick. Too bad... while waiting for the customer to arrive to take their order, it seems elementary to me to store raw fish in a fridge.
