What a find!! Tucked away behind the art museum, this is a place you must go to! The homemade cakes were fantastic: we usually just split one piece, but ended up knocking off two! Incredibly nice people, interesting art, and wonderful music. A perfect environment for relaxing and hanging out.

We came on Friday, and what an incredible place! The setting is stunning, and the brunch menu at €17 is amazing!!! Special mention to the Thai salad and the pancakes 😱... Absolutely delicious, I highly recommend it. Thank you for the warm welcome.

A really great brunch just steps from the Palais des Beaux-Arts. The plate is full and generous, the pancakes are delicious, and above all, the orange juice is real, freshly squeezed organic orange juice 🙏🏻

Very good brunch, but far too expensive considering the portion sizes. €27 and still being hungry afterwards is unacceptable; lower your prices and this brunch would be excellent.

L'escale

21/04/2026: I recently discovered this traditional French restaurant and the experience was very pleasant overall. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed into a warm and authentic atmosphere, with decor reminiscent of old-fashioned bistros.
08/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at L'Escale. Laurent and Sylvie gave us a very warm welcome with smiles. The service was quick and we ate very well. We will gladly return.
