Excellent hotel! The rooms are magnificent and spacious and the site is enchanting. A true oasis of freshness and rest. Too bad the restaurant is closed but very good restaurants are available within walking distance

A great place to wind down, read a book in the shade of the pine tree or jump into the small courtyard pool for refreshment. The hotel has a lot of charm and is furnished and run with love. We only had breakfast, but it was selected and of high quality and everything was very tasty. Each room is different because an existing structure has been used and there are modern rooms and beautiful, renovated old living rooms. We slept at the top of the roof, winding up three flights of stairs with two bathrooms, all with showers and one with a small bathtub, which lead directly into the balcony. The arcades play music and you immediately adjust the speed to where you are. We were traveling with two children, which was definitely an exception, as most of the guests were adult couples. When making a reservation it makes sense to reserve a parking space, but if you come by car, there is even a charging station for electric cars (requires a reservation).

I am really very disappointed with my stay at this establishment. The service: poor reception by a receptionist who was quite dismissive of the customer. Parking: catastrophic location, very difficult to park. We had a day of strong Mistral and the sign (slate?) with our name on the location of our car overturned and damaged the bodywork.... We would have had better weather to park in the street (not bad of free places). Outside: tiny swimming pool which turned upside down barely 2 days after our arrival (green and completely cloudy water). I reported it to the receptionist (the same one when we arrived), who told me that it was normal with the wind and rain the previous day...!! It remained cloudy until we left 2 days later. 6 deckchairs for the entire hotel, so suffice to say that it was impossible for us to sit there at the end of the day because it was full. Room: we were unable to use the shower because it was impossible to adjust it, the water was boiling. Fortunately there was a bathtub. When using the sink, we were afraid at any time that the tap would stay in our hands. Restaurant: non-existent because closed!!! No indication on the site and we did not receive any email to notify us. A la carte breakfast, so very slow.... My husband having crutches (knee), unfortunately we had the highest room (3rd floor only stairs). Seeing this, they could have offered us a more accessible room. Hotel absolutely not worthy of a 4 star.

Very pleasant stay at La Régalido. Very nice establishment, and the staff are welcoming and very helpful. The room was very nice, only small downside: the shower pressure was insufficient and the water temperature fluctuated.

A very comfortable and very well located Provençal hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

What a discovery!!!! We had a great stay as part of Valentine's Day.....with a very warm welcome, a magnificent room with terrace, a hearty breakfast....the hotel is richly decorated with care and lots of taste. Without forgetting a little passage in the Jacuzzi at the top.... Special mention for the smiling and always attentive staff. We plan to come back Thank you. Christophe and Marie Claude

Hello everyone, We stayed 2 nights in this charming hotel. The decoration is neat, the staff is very caring and attentive. the restaurant room is superb and the cuisine has an excellent reputation. Why a 3* review; It is displayed on the 4* site which is a real criterion in choosing an establishment, only as displayed in "no door" this categorization dates from 2012 and is valid for 5 years. Our room did not reflect the 4* (cracks in the ceiling, limescale shower head making the diffusion of water unpredictable, air conditioning not operational, TV remote control functional but broken, patched up with adhesive tape). The exterior, despite the winter, must remain neat and clean; using a high-pressure cleaner would remove the marks from the pots that have been moved. Other establishments outside Fontvieille offer 3* services at the level of La Régalido. The kindness of the staff compensates for these inconveniences.
