The food was very, very good, the best udon noodles I've had in a while... the maki were also very good and fresh. The staff were smiling and respectful, and the service was very fast.

05/04/2026: It's an experience. The yakitori is delicious, the salmon is boneless, and the mochi are so good. It's definitely a place to go for a great meal.
15/03/2026: The food is excellent, the maki are fresh, and the ramen is inexpensive and very, very good for the price. I recommend it to everyone; it's an excellent restaurant. My friends and I have been coming to this restaurant often for a very long time. And the owners are very kind. Best Japanese restaurant in Paris. I recommend it 100%.

22/11/2025: I find it difficult to rate ramen. There are so many criteria to consider. So, I'm going to base my list on the Shoyu Special. - The broth is, in my opinion, incredible. - The pork is melt-in-your-mouth tender, but the slices are a little too thin. - The noodles are thin, and I like that. - Seaweed, Naruto, etc., are always a bonus. - And the centerpiece: the egg. The egg is perfectly cooked, runny inside and comforting outside. You just want to kiss it. The only downside is the price. It's gone up again...
08/10/2025: Delicious and consistent, I recommend the Yokohama ramen with egg. A treat.
