A chef who throughout this gastronomic journey will teach you that taste pleasure is also a question of patience. Patient, you are called to be patient during this meal. The experience that this restaurant offers you, lasting 3.5 hours, is not "long" or "slow" in principle. Your taste buds must rest between each of the 7 dishes offered to you. Your body will thank you for taking the time to slowly taste the delights offered to you. Tanpopo offers a unique tasting menu in a refined setting. The restaurant is run by a Franco-Japanese couple, with clearly Japanese-inspired and very original cuisine. The restaurant itself is very original, and I can't think of anything equivalent in St Malo. Here, no mussels and fries, steaks or other salmon steaks, but a succession of 7 dishes, each highlighting combinations of different flavors and herbs. We will come back next year.
