A delightful experience at Crêperie Tante Germaine!
Passing through Le Croisic, we thoroughly enjoyed the warm welcome and the particularly delicious galettes. We felt right at home.
We highly recommend it and will gladly return! Bonus: we arrived without a reservation and the service was quick 🙂

Having frequented the peninsula for five decades or so, I'm kicking myself for only discovering Tante Germaine last year. One of the last authentic crêperies like the ones I used to go to in my distant youth, and the kind they (almost) don't make anymore! A warm and welcoming atmosphere, absolutely delicious galettes and crêpes (a special mention for the galette with market sausage, the one with sardine rillettes, not forgetting the frangipane crêpe), and an incredibly friendly welcome. I'll conclude with a quote from Pierre Dac: "If my aunt had it, she'd be called my uncle, and if my uncle had it, he'd be called my aunt."

Simply the best. Whether it's the atmosphere, the decor, or the food, you won't be disappointed. It's a must-visit in Le Croisic. But be warned, a must-visit often gets booked up, so remember to reserve several days in advance during peak season (if this one is full, you can always try the Relais du Duc de l'Aiguillon, which is equally exceptional).
