The new chef offers cuisine of exceptional quality at the price of a truck driver! Only homemade with fresh produce 😋 Everything is served in a typical little bistro, with the old-fashioned charm of an old-fashioned Parisian café 🤩 I found my Pau canteen...

Very good value for money. The chef was able to offer us a vegan dish. The dishes are copious, the service and the attention of the chef are appreciable. Passing through Pau, I will return there if the opportunity arises. Atypical decor right down to the bottom of the stairs

12/03/2024: Restaurant without a menu and we discover the imposed menu when we arrive, cooking only with fresh produce from the daily market taste-wise I didn't go wow... it was good but nothing more than decent value for money

04/04/2024: The speed of service is impressive. It's a little noisy when the room is full but that's normal. The decoration is magnificent. I like the waiters' outfits. This is the kind of restaurant we want to introduce to our international friends. “See? That’s a French restaurant!”
