If you still want to have lunch in Quillan at 2:15 PM, you can still come here. After having already tried 4 restaurants, we were still able to have lunch here. A main course and dessert for 5 people, including drinks, and all for under €100. Great. The burgers and meat were delicious; the fries have been disappointing everywhere in France so far. The staff spoke good English and were able to explain the different dishes on the menu to us clearly. Ice cream for dessert with 2 scoops, but you can leave out the 'little ones'. Those were super-large scoops, so we were all quite full after this lunch. The outdoor terrace under the trees was lovely, despite the temperature of over 35 degrees. So definitely recommended.

A pleasant place to grab a bite. The prices are reasonable. The food is fairly simple but good. However, be aware that the quality of your meat isn't really top-notch, although it's generally tender. The waitresses are very friendly, and the service is good overall, no complaints. There's a large parking lot right across the street. However, be aware that the entrance isn't by the fountain but rather by the bar. The terrace is at the back. It's very shady, but given the clientele, I'd almost suggest making a reservation, even though we found a table. So yes, I still recommend this establishment.

The veal, full of tendons, impossible to cut and eat

Reasonable price (€16.00) for starter and main course. Very friendly and professional service. And they treated my dogs wonderfully.
