Terre et Mer sur Labege

We do quite a few fine dining restaurants in the area and honestly we love coming to dine here. The menu is very varied, the cooking, sauces and seasonings are mastered, it is very good and very copious. The value for money is very interesting.

Very pleasant waitresses! The dishes are well cooked but lack a little volume for the price. It's also a shame that the sauces for the fries have to be paid for whereas in other restaurants they are included. The food is still of good quality.

Some faults that spoil a meal that could be quite good: Overcooked salmon (as if it were a frozen piece). A bonoffee that lacked bananas because they were only present on the periphery of the cake and not inside. A wine in a warm glass. Impossible to cool it because all the opened bottles had been on the bar at room temperature for a long time on this summer day. I might try again in a few months.

Good lunch establishment, the waitresses are stressed.

The waitress was very friendly, on the other hand I ordered an arm of octopus which I did not eat since it was not cooked enough, so yes I could have asked to have it redone or to have something else thing but I didn't do it because there was quite a wait and the sticky side made me want it more anyway, I only ate the fries that came with it. I told the waitress that I didn't like it. At the time of the bill I was surprised to have to pay for the dish (24 euros) even though I hadn't eaten it, the person at the cash register (not very friendly actually) made the remark to me that I should have tell him so that they can change the dish for me, I explain to him what I wrote above, no action... There were 4 of us including 2 couples, so we told the person what we had consumed to pay for our share, we forgot 1 glass of wine which we thought of after payment, it was offered to us as "compensation" for the dish, between a glass at 6€ and a dish at 24... We had a bill of €200, not even a free digestive, in short...

Très bonne cuisine, carte très fournie, surtout au niveau des viandes. Du cocktail au dessert tout était bien réalisé.
