What an excellent experience at Terre et Mer restaurant!
It all starts with the welcome from the chef/owner, a friendly, charming, and passionate man you could listen to for hours. The team is also very welcoming and smiling. Then comes the moment to taste the dishes, which are described in great detail, down to the smallest step of preparation and cooking: flawless! Even though I don't usually like oysters, I let myself be guided and tempted by the gratinated oysters, and what a fantastic discovery they were! And finally, the setting: you're a 30-second walk from the Saint Louis Pier, ideal for a lovely stroll afterward!
I truly recommend this restaurant for its ambiance, cuisine, and staff. I understand that it might not be in everyone's budget for a family outing, but when you know the chef's experience and the quality of the fresh ingredients, prepared with such passion and love, it's much easier to justify paying a little more than in a more traditional restaurant or brasserie! Thanks again for everything, and see you very soon!

What a wonderful experience!
A small restaurant with few tables (be sure to book!), but authentic, refined, and perfectly executed cuisine—we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The menu is concise because all the ingredients are fresh: 3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts—you can't go wrong, everything is delicious! Personally, I highly recommend the foie gras crème brûlée with a glass of Muscat wine, and the scallops with butternut squash purée and coconut foam. If you like fish, try the "Montgolfière" (an assortment of fish in a creamy sauce, served in a tureen with a crispy puff pastry lid)—it's divine!

We tried the €60 three-course meal (excluding drinks) on a Sunday at lunchtime. At that price, you naturally expect a certain overall experience.
As for the food, no complaints: the dishes were good, flavorful, and well-prepared. The service was also lovely and attentive, and the owner came to greet the customers, which was a nice touch.
However, we were very disappointed by the setting. The restaurant is located in a former hair salon, and it shows: indoor garden tables, a sink just behind a curtain, and the constant coming and going of servers between two unconnected buildings with a noisy door scraping the floor… The atmosphere is neither intimate nor in keeping with a €60 menu.
Another unpleasant surprise: the coffees, served with a small glass of wine and a biscuit (very good, by the way), were charged at €4 each without any prior notice. The same was true for the sangria at €14, a price that is difficult to understand. In summary: delicious food and warm service, but a price/quality ratio that does not seem justified given the setting and the overall experience.

A delightful moment filled with delicious flavors and a true waltz for the taste buds! Everything was perfect from start to finish of this exquisitely prepared and presented menu, which we chose from a trio of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. The welcome and service were impeccable! The chef spoke about his cuisine with passion, making you want to try everything! A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend.
