Restaurant run by a friendly couple. Conveniently located right opposite Tram A in lower Cenon, with a small terrace out front. The quality is consistently excellent. The dishes are superb. The chef/owner is always attentive. His wife, who manages the service, always has a joke ready. The Cadillac wine and the punch are also very good. Well done to you both! I'll be back again; it's always excellent.

Terre & Mer, on Avenue Thiers, is exactly the kind of place that gives a neighborhood its identity. Unpretentious, not flashy, but honest, expertly prepared cuisine with that little extra something that makes it memorable.
