Can be avoided.
A bar that's stuck in the past (rather shabby) with overpriced counter service and canned soft drinks.
Nothing exceptional or remarkable, best avoided.
I recently watched PSG v Arsenal here. There was a very nice, friendly atmosphere (even for an Englishman supporting Arsenal).
The owner and all staff are all really cool people. Owner is passionate about and has a fine selection of whiskies, several being Scottish of course. He also stocks some Bretton whiskies. The pizza was highly recommended, and it was nice, though I probably wouldn't be brave (/drunk) enough to ask for andouillette sausage next time!
It's a bar, not a pub. Because the Guinness isn't served properly. And it costs €8.90. Which is far too expensive for a pint of bubbly. The interior is nonetheless typical, and the view of the harbor is fantastic.
