We came for a beer tasting, a bit out of curiosity, without imagining for a second that we were about to embark on a truly immersive sensory and human journey thanks to Kyllian and Fanny. Two hours later, we were not only more knowledgeable, but literally transformed into unconditional lovers of craft beer. From the moment we arrived, Kyllian and Fanny's welcome set the tone: warm, smiling, and genuine. You immediately sense that you're not dealing with people reciting a memorized script, but with two passionate individuals who have lived and breathed beer their entire lives. Their rapport and partnership worked wonderfully: they seamlessly transitioned from one to the other with impressive fluidity, as if they had rehearsed this routine hundreds of times (and yet, everything seemed completely spontaneous). The tasting itself was a model of its kind. Each beer was presented with meticulous care: its history, its origin, the brewing process, the ingredients, the subtleties of fermentation... Kyllian has an incredible ability to make complex technical concepts accessible, without ever losing us or boring us for a single second. Fanny, for her part, brought a magnificent sensory touch: she taught us to smell, to taste, to detect aromas we would never have suspected (notes of citrus, caramel, freshly cut hay... a true awakening of the taste buds!). We laughed, we learned, we tasted wonderful beers, we asked a thousand questions, and they had the patience and kindness to answer them all, with precision and good humor. It wasn't just a tasting; it was a masterclass disguised as a convivial and festive gathering. The kind of experience where time flies by without you even realizing it. If you're still hesitating to book, don't. Go for it. Run. Book immediately. Kyllian and Fanny are two rare gems, outstanding ambassadors of their craft and their passion, and they deserve so much more than five stars. Thank you both for this absolutely unforgettable moment; we'll be back, that's for sure.

Nice corner joint to hang out and grab a cold one. Also equipped with multiple screens for whenever there's a match on. Recommended to go during happy hours.
