Great pub, went for the World Cup final and it’s was SUPER SUPER BUSY!

A little noisy, but not too much...

Very good food, and very friendly staff. If you're fresh and new to Paris, and a little culture shocked, it seems like a piece of Canada. Well worth a stop for a beer or a snack, but like everything in central Paris its a bit pricey for what you get...but it is very good! 😊

Sometimes the best travel discoveries happen completely by accident, and that's exactly how we found The Great Canadian Pub. We were actually on our way to an Irish pub for a pint of Guinness when we walked past this place. We decided to pop in, found a table for the four of us right away, and before long I had a perfectly poured pint of Guinness in my hand. You can't come to Paris without having a pint somewhere... right? The Guinness was so good that I ended up ordering a second, and it was also where my oldest son enjoyed his very first pint. That made the visit even more memorable. What made the experience even more amusing was that my wife's family has French-Canadian heritage, so finding a Canadian pub in the middle of Paris was the last thing we expected. It turned into one of those fun travel memories you don't plan for. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable considering the location near the Seine. We even stopped back later during the World Cup, and the place was absolutely packed with fans, creating a lively atmosphere. If you're looking for a relaxed pub with good drinks, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere while exploring Paris, The Great Canadian Pub is definitely worth a stop. Didnt rate the food sine we were there for drinks lol.

Restoration work is still underway at Notre Dame Cathedral. The queue to enter was incredibly long, so I gave up and took a photo at the Zero Point marker right next to the line, which no one visits. I substituted the interior with what I saw when I first visited Paris 30 years ago. I walked along to the riverside and had a beer at a pub I saw nearby. The beer tasted pretty good.

Simply the best bar in Paris! The Canadian is a friendly, family-oriented bar where you feel right at home. Both the customers and the staff are respectful, and there's never any trouble. The waitstaff is fantastic—always available, pleasant, and able to adapt to any type of clientele. In short: come to the Canadian, you won't be disappointed!

No food just beer for us , good choice of beers and wines . We were there in the afternoon

I came to have drinks with friends for the match, we were mainly served by a barmaid, a small blonde with blue eyes, very cool and very funny, great service, cold beers! Good atmosphere!
