The Little Italy Shop sur Besancon

Happy to have found an outdoor table in this well-known and recognized restaurant... but "tense" from the too long wait, almost 1 hour, to be served with slightly sloppy dishes.

Friendly welcome, excellent cuisine. Unfortunately the music was a little too loud, and the table was shared with an otherwise friendly couple. Excellent overall though.

Nice restaurant on a side street. Reservations are recommended, otherwise there may not be space. Honest, home-cooked food. Friendly staff! Top!

Room/terrace service which does not follow. Okay, it's a rush sometimes so we can say that it was bad luck. But, first visit, we waited more than 40 minutes without anyone taking our order, we finally left without consuming anything. And, second time, we had made our arrangements by booking, the servers absolutely do not calculate when you show up. We ended up being poorly placed at the end of the terrace. Despite everything, the pizzas are good, the authentic Italian atmosphere is there, it's a mess but that's part of the charm. Nice to find a little piece of Italy in Besançon. Simply, find a leader, something to be organized as little as possible in case of a big crowd.

It's always a pleasure to go to The Little Italy Shop, the staff is always very pleasant, the dishes are to die for, of undeniable quality and the atmosphere is exotic!

Very pleasant waiters and owners. Delicious dish, gorgonzola pasta is exquisite. We ate very well. I recommend!😁
