The Place To Be sur Morzine

Average service but excellent interior setting

Had a fantastic evening enjoying music and apres-ski drinks (a few too many shots served on a ski!). Discovered the following morning that I had mislaid my Gopro, gutted that I'd lost all the footage of my friends skiing, I sent them an email and called in too. Not expecting anything to come of it, I was delighted to receive a reply from Dorian saying they had found it! Called in today, John had kept it in the safe for me. Wonderful, helpful, trustworthy people, we will definitely be back!!

We had dinner last night and the menu and quality of the food was excellent. We shared the foie gras and smoked salmon starters and for the mains cassoulet, burger and cottage pie followed by chocolate mousse. The service was also very good. We would definitely recommend and return!

Excellent meal, lovely atmosphere

What a transformation - Le Tremplin looks incredible! Morzine has been desperately in need of somewhere decent for apres and this place has got it nailed. Great atmosphere, amazing location, cracking music - there is nowhere else like it in the town. It can take a while to get a drink at the height of the apres ‘boom’ but I’m sure they will iron that out (it is still a relatively new team and layout, and it is really really busy!). If the bar and outside are anything to go by I’d imagine the rooms will be superb once fully open!

Decidedly difficult restaurant. Numerous issues: Staff eating in the main restaurant, taking salt grinders out for their lunch on tables with people sat at them. Broken glass table Uncomfortable seating Glass stuck in walls ! No wine glasses Food not arriving consistently Missed opportunity as they must have spent a fortune. A fantastic restaurant where our whole group of friends met up several times during our short ski trip. The staff are impeccable, friendly, and always smiling. The food is delicious. The prices are more than reasonable considering its proximity to the slopes. If we come back to ski in Morzine, this will definitely be our go-to spot!

We went to Tremplin a few times during our stay in Morzine. A couple of times for Aprés-ski, once for coffees and then dinner on the last night. What a fantastic job they have done renovating this hotel. The outside area is fantastic with lots of room to party after a long day on the slopes. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and a lot of time, thought and money has gone into the design. We went for dinner and it was a lovely experience….the service, atmosphere and food were faultless. We had Cedric looking after us and his service was exceptional. My only feedback would be for the upstairs bar area which we visited a number of times and was too hot on each occasion. We look forward to seeing the rooms once they are ready to receive guests and will definitely be back when out in Morzine next.
