The Tea Caddy sur Paris

13/07/2024: Warm restaurant, very authentic. Family atmosphere, intergenerational, charming. Yes, noise as some say, but that's part of the charm (family etc). Children, elderly people, tourists... Everyone is cute in there! Fresh, homemade food. Even the small vegetables are very fresh and delicious. Young woman with lovely service, we liked everything. Very nice restaurant, very reasonable price for the quality. No complaints.

13/07/2024: I am very divided. The last time I was, see below ras. On the other hand, this time, my colleague and I had a cod salad (on the menu presented). My other colleagues meat accompanied by salad fries, succulent. As for the cod salad, it was inedible, rubbery, tasteless, covered in water. My other colleagues also tasted it, same observation. We reported it to the waitress who went to see the boss, the cook intervened to understand, we just told her that it's inedible, it's not cod, no taste, full of water. This lady responds to my colleague "in this case you shouldn't order it" I find this indecent and unprofessional, the boss is deaf. No commercial gesture, ignored, even though unanimously when we tasted it, the 8 people that we were there made the same observation. Very disappointed, so everyone left without dessert or coffee, although we had intended. Finally, we had 1 hour 15 minutes for lunch, arrived at 12:30 p.m., served at 1:20 p.m.!!!!!! He will never see us again (8 people). So. I needed to share it, because it's not at all commercial and totally ignored our request and yet insistently... 18€ for 0 taste apart from the salad! Thank you but 18€ for a salad I eat it at home! Very warm. Served generously and very good. Delicious fries. We will happily come back.
