I was very disappointed, and yet it's a place I've frequented for a long time... My friends and I celebrated my birthday there, and especially those of us who know the place well didn't understand what happened. There were mistakes on the drinks bill, which isn't a big deal. In these kinds of situations, it's how the mistake is handled that's important. So yes, I was reimbursed, but my friends and I felt suspicious, which is a shame. We even had to endure some snide remarks... Yesterday, while talking with my friends again, I realized they were never served the fries they ordered, and that's where I get the blame because, since we didn't notice... it's starting to add up for one table. Why am I leaving this review? Not because of the mistake, not to be negative for the sake of it, simply to express that an entire group didn't understand, that first-timers were disappointed, and those of us who know the place, including myself, were disappointed and confused. We did spend a lot that evening; we estimate the total cost at at least 400 euros. So yes, it was a match night, and yes, food and service can be tricky. However, our group didn't deserve that kind of treatment. 🙏
