We had a very pleasant time! Excellent service, delicious dishes (I hesitated until the end because everything made me want it...), we didn't manage to eat the dessert (generous first course) but even the coffee is excellent! I highly recommend it, especially as the products are of high quality (excellent beef fillet). Cozy, quality address. I'll be back!

Bistronomic restaurant, prices are relatively high compared to Aix-les-Bains (25~30€ in summer 2024). The dishes are good but very salty. Regarding the clientele, there were almost only retirees, some of whom were very right-wing, so the atmosphere is not great for young people and foreign minorities (at least when I was there).

30/08/2024: Our dinner was fantastic from the hummus starter to the cafe for dessert. The spicy sauce with the couscous, the tender vegetables and the generous amount of couscous were a delight. Our modification due to allergies was taken into account. If we have the chance to come to Aix-les-Bains again, we will definitely come back to the Couscousserie.
08/07/2024: A superb discovery, a couscous worthy of the name served in more than adequate quantity.
