Great discovery for this pastry with single trompe l'oeil cakes which are very representative and original and the 6 parts lemon citrus is really delicious and delicate in its presentation.

The pastries were very good, just regrettable to have come across a glitch in the lemon cake.

It's very good. But the competition is tough and at this price (25% above other very good pastries in the city) we expect something exceptional. The pastries are very original (the Rochelais pebble, remarkable and indeed exceptional) and others a little more classic (the Signature, a hazelnut chocolate dome with milk mousse also delicious). But at €7.50 a cake, the service must also be up to par. And that's where it fails. The shop is small, quite ordinary, the neutral atmosphere rather cold.

The saleswoman looked at me with a dazed and slightly condescending look, as if I was asking for the moon, and told me that there were only real spoons. I then asked if I could taste it on site; I was pointed out to a sort of bank against the window, without a seat, without a napkin, and too low to eat there standing up. At the moment it was me who looked dazed. So I left and had to eat my cake with my fingers (I dare you to do it without getting it everywhere, and always without a napkin).
An excellent pastry therefore but not up to these ambitions.

Les gâteaux sont magnifiques c’est du travail d’orfèvre, pour cela un grand bravo à Théo ! Par contre lorsqu’on a envie d’une pâtisserie on aimerait que celle ci ne se résume pas à une seule bouchée lorsqu’on la déguste, surtout quand on paye 7 a 8 euros un gâteau individuel. Donc vraiment trop cher. Il semblerait que tous les pâtissiers du secteur aient la même politique en proposant des pâtisseries à prix d’or. Les émissions TV ont fait prendre la grosse tête à nos pâtissiers. Dommage je préfère boycotter ….

Jolis desserts décorés comme de beaux bijoux
Dommage que le personnel et la patronne ne soient pas plus "aimables" même avec les rochelais...
Les prix sont exorbitants : les desserts, les sachets de thé
Il y à quelques mois,on pouvait déguster tranquillement 1 café, 1 thé maintenant ils ont enlevé les chaises....manger 1 gâteau debout à presque 8euros, ça fait cher la bouchée
