A true awakening of the senses. The dishes are delicious and the ingredients used are quite original, which fully awakens the taste buds. A great time.

A hidden gem! This unpresumptuous restaurant is tucked away off the beaten track and well worth a visit. From its cosy interior, impeccable service, extensive wine list and outstanding seasonal menu, everything about this restaurant is wonderful. The owner-chef-server (he does it all!) was incredibly welcoming and informative, and despite him also cooking all the dishes, the service was outstanding. You can opt for a two-course menu for 28€ or three-course for 32€ (adding 4€ if you want a fish or meat in your main). The concept of the menu is fantastic - all vegetarian (actually vegan) offerings - with the option to add an animal protein to your main, so it really can please everyone. I ordered roasted parsnips with a slow-cooked onion and truffle sauce to start, followed by roasted celariac and Camargue black rice, served with the add-on filet mignon of pork. I finished with a banana and chocolate dessert (all completely dairy free). The flavours and textures of the dishes were incredible and the portion sizes generous. A real welcome change to some of the other traditional French concepts in Montpellier where avoiding butter and cream can be tough for those with intolerances and/or allergies. I will certainly be back.

Very good address, a nice surprise this restaurant offers a plant-based offering but also a meat or fish option for those who want it.
There you will find home-made cuisine based on fresh produce. I would come back without hesitation.

Excellent experience at Thyme et Rosemarin this Monday.
We had a table downstairs, overlooking the kitchen, which allowed you to appreciate how everything is done in the moment.
The atmosphere was cozy, the service was timely and professional, in addition to being beautifully presented, the plates were delicious.
Personally, I loved the concept of the vegetarian base with additional meat or fish.
I recommend and I will return with pleasure.

Un petit restaurant sans prétention mais ô combien délicieux ! Le chef assure lui-même le service avec brio et vous apporte ses merveilles sut table.
