28/08/2024: It was a little difficult to find the hotel, the West Bestern logo was not very visible, I walked past it thinking it was another hotel. The reception staff who received me were very professional and service-oriented, he was a young man who was able to answer our questions. Bravo to this young man for his professionalism and his involvement, which is rare these days.
