Overall, a fairly positive experience. The only downside: their soy sauce seems stale; it tastes more like vinegar than soy sauce... A shame, otherwise everything else was very good.

Air-conditioned restaurant, fast service, open from 11:30 am, very conveniently located next to the train station. Fresh ingredients and delicious dishes, excellent value for money. I go back every time I'm in Le Mans.
