Fourth time going there with my wife. Top notch cuisine, very pleasant and friendly staff. The chef is always present and comes to present his dishes to you in person. The setting really has nothing to say.
We will continue to go there just to support the chef in his eco-responsible cooking efforts, and who each time proves his culinary genius to us.

The blind menus of this restaurant can be enjoyed with your eyes closed!
It wasn't the first time we went there and it won't be the last! Everything is perfect, the dishes, the food, the chef, the service…. Everything is done to ensure that you have an unforgettable time.
Without forgetting the delicate attentions to which we were entitled. A big thank you to the whole team, we will come back and recommend this restaurant to everyone around us.

Craftsmanship, Inventiveness, Creativity...at the service of Taste. Seasonal products, as much as possible from the sector. A lot of development work, textures, cooking, freshness, for a perfectly justified final price. Commas sometimes, to be adjusted in the final result, but never false notes. Lobster with candied beetroot and lavender flowers (well measured) in a gourland rouille, catfish (it's also ours!) with beans and parsley, gnocchi with white butter sauce and carrot, very finely grated and fried carrots with rabbit sauce and fish roe (which deserves its thick slice of saddle rolled with the kidneys) perch in different forms but always with an identity, with zucchini and flower....etc We don't get bored It's a trusted House, remembering for the fusional, that the customer must be an Actor of his meal. ! And Mathieu the maître d’hôtel, with his team is there to set the scene!! See you soon, always attentive but caring.

A trip not to be missed!
This restaurant deserves its star both for its exceptional chef and for the team (service and sommelier)
All this in a most peaceful setting!
Who would say that Faulquemont could offer such an experience!
I have been visiting this restaurant for several years but my last visit left me speechless...
The finesse and accuracy of the balance of flavors in each dish is impressive and to this is added the work of the sommelier who arrives to delight your taste buds with his pairings!
It is important to focus on the principles of this restaurant: maximum local space and in particular the vegetable garden...
After having tested several starred restaurants, I confirm that for me it is the best both for its cuisine and for its welcoming service and with a certain conviviality note!

2. Popularity: Despite visiting on a weekday at lunchtime, the restaurant was full, indicating its popularity and strong reputation.
3. Excellent Service: From start to finish, the service level was outstanding. The staff were attentive and professional, enhancing the overall dining experience.
4. Unique Menu Concept: The restaurant offers “surprise” menus where you select the number of courses, and the Chef and his team prepare dishes based on the freshest available ingredients. This adds an element of excitement and ensures a unique dining experience each time.
5. Extensive Wine List: Toya boasts a large wine list and offers a wine pairing option with the menus, which can enhance the culinary experience. The sommelier’s house cocktail, featuring blueberry liqueur and pine spirit, is a delightful addition to the drink offerings.
Cons:
1. Isolated Location: The restaurant is somewhat isolated, situated near the small city of Faulquemont. A vehicle is necessary to get there, which might be inconvenient for some guests.
2. Language Barrier: While the service was excellent, the staff’s limited proficiency in English might pose a challenge for foreign guests. It’s advisable to have some knowledge of French or be prepared for some communication difficulties.

Salle chic, élégance sobre, vue apaisante sur le golf. Le ballet des assiettes est un véritable enchantement tant la présentation est léchée et les produits irréprochables. Impossible de hiérarchiser les mets, ils sont séduisants chacun à son tour. Service impeccable, sommelier au top avec son esprit vif. La présentation des diverses assiettes gagnerait à être plus concise car, à la fin de l'exposé, on a oublié le début.
