A truly delightful experience from beginning to end. The service was excellent, attentive, and highly professional. As a vegetarian, I loved the creative and delicious plant-based menu. We were also fortunate enough to be served several times by the Chef himself, which made the experience even more special. A huge thank you for this fabulous moment: it wasn't just a meal, it was a true experience. I highly recommend it!

The meal was sublime, with perfectly balanced flavors from appetizer to dessert, presented with meticulous care and refinement. You can taste the passion and expertise in every dish.

My first Michelin-starred experience. I came with my wife for my birthday.
We ordered the full menu (the largest) with wine pairings.
The service was excellent. The welcome and the dining room were impeccable. The dishes... truly memorable. Taste, texture, presentation: everything was perfect. A masterpiece of artistry, intelligence, and humility.
The atmosphere is refined and elegant, without being pretentious or stuffy.
Bravo to the chef and his team.
We will return for another special occasion.

My opinion is mixed. You can tell they've made an effort to create an unforgettable experience, but what sticks with me in the end are two particularly heavy dishes: the butternut squash one, which I couldn't even finish, and the Jerusalem artichoke one. The pigeon puff pastry was also too dense, with undercooked dough and two sauces, whereas the pigeon jus alone would have been more than enough. It looked beautiful, though, and made you want to take a bite, but it's nothing like Guérard's in Eugénie-les-Bains. Nevertheless, the beginning of the meal was excellent, light, and creative, with several amuse-bouches, accompanied by a delightful discovery of champagne. The bread was also of very high quality.

For our very first Michelin-starred restaurant, the experience far exceeded our expectations. Every detail is meticulously considered, from the comfort of the dining room to the chef's impressive mastery, whose vast knowledge and almost chemical approach to gastronomy are evident in every dish.
The subtle blend of cultures is particularly successful, with a special mention for the dessert, which evokes tender memories of a grandmother's cooking, adding a touch of warmth and emotion that we adored.
The service is impeccable: a team of highly professional gentlemen, with a particular fondness for Mathilde, who explained the wines to us with clarity, simplicity, and pedagogical skill, while adding a delightful touch of humor by perfectly answering our questions.
A superb evening, memorable from beginning to end.
