The dishes, some of which are not systematically offered in all Japanese restaurants, are succulent and varied. Likewise, the service is fast. I recommend without hesitation.

The quality is always there and the miso soup is incredible.

Sudden autumn rain I chose a Japanese restaurant where I could take shelter from the rain. I was expecting to have a warm miso soup. But it was completely beyond my expectation. The waiter was very kind and helpful in ordering food. I guess the chef is a very creative person. The signature sushi roll uses Greek fried rice noodles and shichimi powder to elevate the taste to a new level. The braised egg in the udon subverts the concept of hot spring egg, and instead has a texture that can only be cooked by a mother. The beef in the ramen also has the flavor of Taiwanese braised beef tendon. Okonomiyaki is the flavor of Korean pancake. The chef's seasoning and creativity made this meal an unexpectedly delicious meal. By the way, the place is packed!

Very very nice meal with interesting maki options even if we would always like more in diversity it must be said that here we still have the choice. Quite a few things with tempura in them, a little more spring roll type makis would be a good idea I think but otherwise everything was really very good. We can guess that the quality of the products and sourcing are important for the establishment, this is evident when tasting. 87 euros for a wide range and quality, everyone ate at the end. Only in various and varied makis. It's a small budget but once in a while for a little pleasure it does it, unless your budget allows you to spend 90 euros every evening on sushi, don't hesitate you can in fact your canteen 😉🇫🇷👍 .
