We had dinner at this brasserie in the center of Dijon, and it was rather disappointing. The cocktails were quite good (not all of them; some were watered down). The Caesar salad was mass-produced (cubed chicken, not homemade dressing, raw ham as tough as a rock, and no anchovies even though the menu stated they were included). The servers were very pleasant and the atmosphere was very friendly! But it's more of a place for a drink than a proper meal. The fries were dry and frozen. The small gesture of compensation on the bill for the missing anchovies was appreciated, however.

Cool pub right in the heart of Dijon. Highly recommended. Great crowd. Excellent service. Delicious food. Would definitely come back.

Great atmosphere at Trinidad, efficient and smiling waitress, thank you to her and good luck to the whole team during the rush! Pints ​​of pale ale with peach syrup: very good.

Time passes and things aren't improving. There's a severe staff shortage on the terrace, which is a real asset, and taking orders isn't quick. Previously, Trini was the first full bar on Place du Théâtre, and you had to go to the others. Now it's the opposite, which sums up the situation quite well. I've still had some fabulous evenings there, hence my rating. I hope things will improve!

A Dijon institution, the Trinidad is the place to be, a friendly bar that embraces diversity. The servers are pleasant, friendly, and very efficient. There's a wide selection of drinks, some with happy hour specials. You can also eat in, with pizzas, hamburgers, and salads available. Some dishes are vegetarian.

We only sat down to have a drink here but they have fantastic sangria. If we'd been in Dijon any longer we would have definitely come back here for that alone.

06/05/2026: I've been to this kebab shop several times, and it's usually excellent, but today I went and the bread was soggy, cold, frozen, and industrially produced. The meat was undercooked and overcooked, there were huge pieces of tomato, and there were onions and salad even though I didn't ask for them. The fries were frozen, and they were still quite stingy with the sauces. Apart from Garo and Suro, the other staff were unpleasant and rude. The service is okay, the prices are decent, the atmosphere isn't great, and the toilets are tiny. In short, it's a good place for lunch, but avoid it in the evening. I completely understand the staff and the service, but they need to make an effort.
