Superb discovery! Charming place, perfect service with a smile, ultra generous platters, a beautiful collection of wines almost all available by the glass and in a pitcher, nothing to say 👌🏽 I recommend 1000%

Best restaurant in Biot with warm and efficient staff, plus the cocktails from the young bartender are breathtaking

This bar looked pretty and had a lot of atmosphere, even on a Tuesday night. The charcuterie boards and wine was amazing! Even the small board was more than enough for two people. We also ordered the Caesar salad which was also great.

This is a fantastic spot. You can choose an apero before dining elsewhere. But why dine elsewhere? This beautiful wine bar also has a superb menu. I tried the pinsa Savoyard. Top. My wife had the goat cheese salad. Now she is an expert on goat cheese salad. She said it was best she ever had. Range of beers is excellent. Range of cocktails looked fantastic. (Note to self - go back soon). Impressed with our order for a demi carafe of rosé. The wonderful waitress came out with a full actual bottle of very fine local wine and poured a demi into a caraffe - so not some random box wine. It’s busy so book ahead (as long as you don’t take my table!,). Biot is a superb village. After your apero and\or supper stroll around the narrow streets and soak in the history. Visit the church. Better again, visit tourist office and get the walking tour map. Don’t forget to start and/or end at Trio Vino!!

Very nice place, great atmosphere with very often entertainment. Very pleasant staff. Quality service and meals. You should remember to make a reservation because the restaurant is often full. I highly recommend!!

Very good discovery, this little wine bar in the heart of this magnificent “village”. We are always very well advised by the hostess who is "Babette", whether for the wines, the dishes... top notch 👌🏽 Never disappointed since opening 👍🏽✨. I recommend 100% 🥂😉

Super endroit dans un villahe absolument charmant! L'accueil est très chaleureux, le personnel aux petits soins et plein d'humour. Une excellente sélection de vins, des planches généreuses et gourmandes, des plats délicieux et de trés bonnes crêpes! On y passe de très bons moments! Jamais déçus!

Super adresse, le vin est bon, les planches généreuses et de bonnes qualités. En intérieur l'hiver ou en extérieur l'été c'est toujours hyper agréable avec une super ambiance et un super service.
