We come back every year to this typical bar for its tapas and atmosphere...it's always one of the best places in Dax to spend a great evening with locals, young and old, in a fantastic atmosphere

04/05/2026: I ate here two years ago and it was great, but I came back last week (tasteless paella, not to mention the mussels, clams, and shrimp that weren't fresh...). Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it.

16/05/2026: A great, friendly restaurant with a warm welcome; the dishes were generous and very good. I highly recommend it!
15/05/2026: Ramuntcho is an exceptional restaurant. Upon arrival, we were offered three butternut squash soups and three small pieces of quiche Lorraine free of charge, which was a very nice touch. The appetizer was delicious. The pace between courses was perfect. The dishes were flavorful and excellent. There was a slight cooking error with the ribeye steak and the amount of salt on the fries could have been adjusted by us. The restaurant is quiet, which is pleasant, and has a family atmosphere. We have been coming for years and we will be back. €142 for three people. (Appetizer, main course, aperitif, and coffee) I highly recommend it.
