Good galettes, but overpriced. 6 euros for two scoops of ice cream is outrageous. Service was okay.

Nice restaurant, friendly service, and a straightforward menu. The food was very good. But: Five of us were there last Saturday (October 18th). Three of us ordered gratinated scallops, which wasn't a problem. The other two ordered moules frites and entrecôte. Nothing. The waiter's comment: mussel season is over and entrecôte isn't available at the moment. Couldn't you please state right away when you hand out the menu that certain dishes aren't available? Then you can choose something else right away and don't have to quickly decide on something else while the waiter waits at your table. I had the salmon dish of the day instead...it was delicious, but the salmon portion was quite small. I won't necessarily go back...

Very warm welcome, we ate very well. I recommend the Guéméné galette and the scallop one. We loved it, very well cooked. The chef and the server have a sense of humor. We will definitely come back. Thank you to the whole team for your work.

⚠️ This review is obviously about Ty Crep'itante!!! Thank you for your warm welcome, the pancakes are amazing, the mussels and fries are excellent, pure bliss 😋 I'll be back the next time I'm in Carentec. (A former neighbor from Fontoy 😁)

21/03/2026: Acceptable. That evening, we had to wait a very, very long time before being served. Almost an hour before our starter arrived. We were told there was a problem with equipment in the kitchen. The owner apologized for the wait. The food is decent, nothing special. A bit rough around the edges, but you can tell they want to please. The portions are very, very generous. The wine list is mediocre, so we opted for cider. It has the atmosphere of a neighborhood restaurant, authentic and unrefined, with a clientele of regulars who frequent the bar—nice.
21/03/2026: Excellent in every way! The octopus, the fish and chips, and the fries! And the portions are very generous with attentive service. The bistro atmosphere is definitely to my liking. Don't complain about the wait, though; enjoy the view too – it's magnificent! And the fresh, well-prepared dishes are well worth the wait!
