A restaurant just the way we like them! Here, everything comes together: simplicity, quality, and absolutely delicious, homemade dishes. You'll discover Corsican specialties, prepared with authenticity. Excellent atmosphere.
The welcome is wonderful and warm. The value for money is simply unbeatable in Ajaccio. I've never been disappointed; it's always a delight and a truly enjoyable experience. The team is fantastic. There's only one restaurant I return to regularly: this one, because I know I'll have a wonderful time every time. A sure thing.

A must-visit for Pascale. A timeless place, packed with regulars, where every dish is a taste of the heart, Corsican and beyond… We were a group of five friends, and reservations were essential as seating is limited, the cuisine being such a beloved institution. Thank you for the warm welcome, the generous portions of your beautifully prepared dishes, and the professional yet friendly service. A must-try.

Small restaurant next to the cathedral.
The food was very good and plentiful.

We had a wonderful meal! The restaurant is welcoming and well-known to locals (even the Pope has had lunch there 🤩). The service and welcome were excellent, we'll definitely be back.

Authentic, no-frills address
Not just a place for tourists, it's a place for everyone, with simple, traditional dishes, always cooked by Pascale and served by Georgette.
I recommend it.

Over the entrance to this restaurant is a sign: “Cuisine à la bonne franquette” (good old fashioned cooking). It certainly lives up to this and more. Quite simply a delicious dinner of the highest quality! Set in a quaint side street with warm and welcoming service, we enjoyed a lovely relaxed evening and would highly recommend. Best to book as it is very popular with both tourists and locals.
