Great atmosphere, superb service, delicious food - perhaps the best thing after more than two weeks on this dreamlike island…

We really enjoyed our stay here... a peaceful atmosphere... the wooden tables were lovely... Very good selection of dishes... including vegetarian options. The food could have used a bit more zest and flavor... garlic... herbs... But it was fine, you could add more seasoning. The service was excellent, attentive but not pushy... friendly.

It doesn't deserve all the bad reviews! The meal was delicious and plentiful. We had a wonderful time, just like our first visit three years ago!

100% recommendation. Great food, good wine, friendly service despite my very poor French. Lovely atmosphere in the courtyard under a tree and with climbing plants. Simply wonderful!

Excellent restaurant offering a small selection of well-prepared meat and fish dishes. A lovely outdoor area is a great place to enjoy a quiet evening dining.

Probably the best restaurant in Corsica. The service from the owner, the cuisine, and the ambiance were superb! We felt very comfortable. They even offered us our espressos on the house just because we had to wait a few minutes. Once again, it shows that true empathy and genuine charm make all the difference! We had the risotto with prawns – 10/10!

Chez Doume

20/09/2026: This restaurant is very well located on the church square. The food is excellent, especially the generous Corsican menu with its charcuterie platter and wild boar stew. The lamb shank is delicious. The service is top-notch, with very friendly waiters. I'll definitely be back.
18/09/2026: A very warm welcome! All the servers were lovely and incredibly responsive. We're in the restaurant business ourselves, and we were truly impressed! Thank you for a wonderful time and delicious food, with generous and satisfying portions.
