U LICETTU sur Cuttoli-Corticchiato

I'm leaving a review for the restaurant; my wife and I had dinner there tonight. The owner was very friendly! The decor is rustic, authentic, and beautiful. The food was EXCELLENT, one of the 10 best places in Ajaccio! A set menu featuring Corsican products, prepared by the family. The terrines and head cheese were excellent, the roast pork was excellent, the cheeses were also delicious, and the soup and prizuttu were a real treat. Honestly, for €48, it was a delicious and generous meal! (I have a big appetite.) See you soon!

I'm leaving a review for the restaurant because it's truly worthwhile. I went to eat at this inn on a friend's recommendation, and we weren't disappointed. If you're looking for an authentic place, cuisine, and people, this is paradise. The dining room feels like it's frozen in time; it's truly authentic and welcoming. The set menu, featuring several traditional Corsican dishes, is delicious, exceptional, extraordinary... At the end of service, the owner comes to the dining room to chat with you—pure bliss.

We spent our last two nights in Corsica at this inn. The hotel features comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms, a beautiful view, and absolute peace and quiet. The restaurant's very (too?) generous, typical Corsican menu, including suckling pig cooked in the fireplace, delighted us from start to finish! The second dinner, which we chose to be simpler, was also a delight. What can we say about the welcome from Graziella and her parents? We felt right at home with genuine people. Dad, who cooks, finds time to stop by for a warm chat after the meal. Graziella went out of her way to get me ice cream after a nasty fall while hiking ;) Whatever our next getaway to Corsica, it will definitely include this inn! On the practical side, there's ample private parking, and Ajaccio airport is only about 15 minutes away. A big thank you for everything, and we look forward to seeing you again!

A superb experience with our hosts. They take great care of us. The welcome is warm and family-like. The view is magnificent (all rooms face the sea). The meals are generous and very good, made with quality ingredients. Magnificent.
