Family restaurant for fifty years, which tries to pass on traditional recipes while winking at tourists, in a small street a stone's throw from Place Paoli. Only Corsican cuisine based on local products, meats, vegetables. The dish par excellence of the menu is in the Corsican flavors dish which contains a tasting of the entire menu in a single course at a good quality/price ratio.

At the beginning of September we discovered this address. Excellent restaurant with local products, the waiter Lolo is very friendly, I took the chef's suggestion, my husband was a pure delight, a plate of Corsican dishes, cold meats, cheeses... Also very good , I highly recommend it if you want to eat well at Ile Rousse.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. And delicious food. I had the beans with sausage and panzetta. To die for. We will definitely eat here again during our short stay here. 27 euros for a main course is not much and it is more than worth it. The atmosphere is also great and nicely decorated outside. In short, worth a visit. Thank you for this beautiful evening. And see you tomorrow 😊

Be careful if you choose the menu, it includes 5 specialties so it is plentiful and as it is very good we still finish everything.

Perfect welcome, perfect meal, traditional home cooking, excellent value for money. An address not to be missed on Île Rousse. (2017) After several stays and having tested many of the restaurants in town, for us, it is the best restaurant on Île Rousse. Bravo and thank you for the welcome and the taste pleasure of this local cuisine.

Au milieu de tous les attrapes touristes de l’Île-Rousse, c’est peut-être en effet un des seuls à avoir une cuisine. Mais on est loin des bonnes auberges corses.

17/09/2024: Welcome by a friendly boss. They had forgotten to prepare the table we had reserved but in 30 seconds we were seated on the terrace. The menu is 29€ and is good value for money and the menu is not exorbitant. Delicious starter of leek fritters, prawn fritters and frog legs. Dishes, pork in a Pietra sauce, saint peter. Beautifully presented, the fish and meat a little dry but tasty. Dessert, chestnut flan and French toast terrine are very good. Very friendly and impeccable service during the meal. In summary, a friendly restaurant which offers pleasant cuisine in sufficient quantity. Value for money ok. The dissatisfied should prefer starred restaurants with the price that goes with them. A pleasant moment at a reasonable price
16/09/2024: Small restaurant in the heart of the old center of Ile Rousse. Small terrace, but very beautiful room, in stone, inside. We went there as we wandered around and we don't regret our choice. Warm welcome, impeccable service, we had two meals for €26, starter, main course, dessert or cheese. It's well served, it's very good, it's friendly, in short a very good address at the red island. Sorry for the drink from our lovely waiter, I only had a few coins, but his kindness and service was better than that. I wish good luck to the whole team. PS: thank you for the advice on rosé, excellent!!!

29/09/2024: Alright. Well received with a smile. Served quickly. Nothing to say about the quality, it's delicious. The waitresses and the waiter, very friendly, always a kind word. At the end of the meal, a glass of myrtle was offered. The restaurant itself is very beautiful, with arcades inside and a beautiful terrace. I highly recommend. I will come back to it.
21/09/2024: Top service, perfect cuisine! The octopus is succulent, grilled just right!
