One of the best restaurants I've been to in L'Île-Rousse. The waitresses were lovely; I don't know if it was still them, it was in August 2024. The food was delicious. We even went back that evening to their second restaurant in downtown L'Île-Rousse on their recommendation, and we weren't disappointed at all.

Friendly staff, good wine, beautiful decor, fair pay for the farmers but the food is really average and expensive for what it is, especially the 37 euro "Corsican flavors" menu which doesn't stand out in terms of quality or quantity.

After 5 days in Ile Rousse, we decided to try the restaurants. U Spuntinu was the first: excellent. The rest was rather disappointing. So on the last day we returned to U Spuntinu: still as perfect: welcome and cuisine. On our next trip to the island, we will return.
