Udon Jubey is a rather upscale restaurant. The udon noodles are excellent, and the accompanying soup is equally so. It's worth noting that there's often a queue, slightly longer than at other restaurants due to the slightly higher quality of the dishes.
The flavor is unique, which means it's original. Definitely worth trying, but be prepared to wait; it can get busy.

Personally, I was disappointed by the udon bowl: the broth was sorely lacking in flavor, and the fried noodles soaked in it made the whole thing very greasy after a while.
On the other hand, the lotus root chips as a topping were absolutely excellent and super crispy (10/10)!
My friend ordered the fried chicken (karaage) and really enjoyed it. It's a decent place, but the broth recipe could use some tweaking or a bit more spice.

I discovered this restaurant three years ago and I go back every time I'm in Paris.
It has a very authentic and calm atmosphere. The food is exceptional, ✨❤️

I wanted Kitsune Udon, but they didn't have it, so I got Kake Udon.
Hmm, it's not bad, but the broth is different. Something's off. Perhaps they added too much bonito broth, resulting in an excessive bitterness and astringency that was noticeable to a Japanese palate and made me lose my appetite. Japanese food is delicate and profound.
That said, it's good to have udon that's easy on the stomach, as it's just right for my slightly heavy stomach.

I've been coming here regularly for years to eat delicious udon noodles; for me, it's one of the best udon restaurants in Paris.
The place is pleasant, the service is excellent, and the dishes are always tasty and generous. A sure bet!

As others have pointed out, the floor is really dirty; the chair they tried to seat me on had a sauce stain—luckily I saw it, otherwise I would have ruined my trousers. The staff was a bit nonchalant, and the food was a bit greasy. Acceptable, but the price is too high for what you get.

The food was great 👍🏻 but the hygiene of the downstairs toilet was a bit hard to describe 😅 It seems like many restaurants in Paris are like that.
