A little gem I stumbled upon on a whim! I ordered the tempura udon noodles with crunchy lotus root, and my friend had the karaage with rice, and it was honestly quite good! Not too greasy or salty, it's light enough for those who like it!
The atmosphere is very cozy and intimate, the staff is incredibly kind and attentive, which is a real pleasure!
It's definitely worth a visit in my opinion; I highly recommend it—it's an experience worth having!

For a good lunch this was perfect. I had Niku udon and it was delicious. The noodles were perfect and perfectly cooked. The tempura with udon looked very good.
I loved the simple layout and the staff were kind.

The udon curry was very generous and delicious, although it could have used a bit more spice.
The service was pleasant, even though the small downstairs room was a bit cramped and quite warm.
The prices were reasonable.
The fried chicken was good, but nothing special.

Good restaurant; we tried the plain cold udon and the hot duck udon, which were both very good. There's a nice downstairs dining area if the main floor is full.

Good experience: if you're visiting Paris and you're a fan of Japanese food, you'll find plenty to enjoy on Rue Saint-Anne. We randomly picked an udon restaurant! The meal was prepared right in front of us and served smoothly, and the atmosphere was great.

The lunch set meal was a great deal! It included rice balls, fried chicken, and tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet)! The udon noodles were also very good. ☺️

I finally got to try the specialties of this restaurant, which is very popular for its udon and tempura. The staff is welcoming and energetic. Being right in front of the kitchen, you get caught up in the atmosphere; the concentration, the execution, and the cleanliness were all remarkable.
The dishes are good; I highly recommend trying one of their tempura.
The homemade udon has a perfect consistency, but I find the broths a little lacking in umami. However, the tempura is both crispy and melt-in-your-mouth tender—it was perfect.
The restaurant has a bit of a vintage feel. I'd say the ceiling could use a refresh, but the rest of the furniture has a slightly vintage look that's perfect and adds to the charm of this little izakaya.

Excellent lunch at this traditional restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious duck udon, and our favorite: the cold udon. The service was also perfect.
Highly recommended!
