Uma Nota blends Brazilian and Japanese cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The caipirinhas are good, especially the one with wasabi syrup—delicious! All the dishes are generally well-prepared. We had a wonderful time at Uma Nota! 😊 Pamela, our server, was lovely and very professional. She took the time to explain each dish on the menu and gave us excellent recommendations. Thanks to her, we had a truly delightful evening. A big thank you to Pamela for her warm welcome and kindness! We will gladly return. ❤️

Good, but the quantity/price ratio is very poor. We left having paid €90 for two and still being hungry; the portions are very small. It's a shame because the food is good. I should mention that the caipirinhas are very good. I think it's a good place for an aperitif before dinner at another restaurant. PS: I don't know if I trust a restaurant where the food is served in 5 minutes flat; I imagine you have a good microwave.

A great find! A place that smells like Brazil, the fusion of Brazilian and Japanese cuisines takes you on a journey, I highly recommend this place for a group outing or even for two.

20/07/2026: Excellent find! We often walked past it, so we decided to try it out, and we have absolutely no regrets. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the restaurant is very clean, and the food is fresh. We'll definitely be back.

03/07/2026: A very solid spot for soba just a short walk from Paris’s Japanese quarter. The noodles weren’t quite outstanding on my visit—they were slightly overcooked and lacked some of the firm texture I look for in good soba—but they still made for a very satisfying ten zaru soba, especially on a warm summer’s day. Be sure to ask for the sobayu (the water used to cook the noodles) at the end of your meal and mix it with the remaining dipping sauce. It’s a traditional way to finish a soba meal, creating a light, comforting broth that’s as enjoyable as the noodles themselves. Add to that the pleasant interior and attentive service, and it’s an easy place to recommend.
30/06/2026: This place is delicious, authentic, but it’s also incredibly crowded. We felt like our shoulders were practically touching our neighbors. But I will still be back because the food is so good.
