It's noisy, but a good weekday lunch is a pretty good sign. I usually go on weekends; it's quieter then.

We had another wonderful time. The dishes are original and delicious, and the flavor combinations are exceptional. The quality of the ingredients is impeccable. If you want to treat yourself, don't hesitate to come and discover a taste of nature; you won't be disappointed.

At the end of February, seven of us dined at this restaurant. For some, the culinary experience was extraordinary, while for others it was somewhat disappointing. Some dishes, like the soft-boiled egg and the guinea fowl, arrived barely lukewarm. It was a real shame. For me, everything was delicious: the foie gras, followed by the sea bream with baby vegetables! A real treat!! The desserts were a hit with everyone. The French toast was sublime!!! However, we all regretted the extremely slow service… an hour to get our aperitifs! Even though we had a lot to talk about, it was far too long. We also had to ask for water or bread, which is surprising for a high-end restaurant… A great experience, but one we won't be repeating.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to the Au Goût de la Nature restaurant in Meaux and everything was truly excellent! The dishes were flavorful, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable: welcoming, professional, and attentive from beginning to end. You really feel well taken care of. A wonderful place that I highly recommend. I will gladly return!

For our first visit, we were satisfied and will definitely be back. Reservations are recommended as the restaurant was full this Sunday at lunchtime. We had let them know we would be a little late; the welcome, both on the phone and in person, was very friendly. We appreciated the staff's personal touch (they were accommodating with the menu, mixing and matching dishes and drinks...). The cuisine was to our liking, sophisticated, beautifully presented, and the portions were just right. We did have to wait a little while for our aperitifs, but we assumed this was due to our slight delay and, more importantly, the number of customers. Thank you, and we look forward to coming back to try new dishes. The dining room had a pleasant atmosphere (we were seated at a high table and liked the concept).
