Una Storia sur Montbrison

Hello We went to eat at this restaurant with our friends, and everything was perfect. The pizzas, carpaccio, and beef tartare were excellent. I go to this restaurant regularly; I love it, and what's more, the staff and owners are extremely kind. We were served by a very smiley and pleasant young man with blue eyes. (Yohan) Don't hesitate to stop by.

Simply superb! The food, the service, the setting (ambiance, etc.) – we'll definitely be back! Plus, the prices are reasonable, so it's fantastic.

Friendly welcome. Good food, especially all the dishes prepared with local products (Fourme cheese, grated cheese, etc.). However, the service was extremely slow and disorganized: my main course arrived well after everyone else at my table, and we couldn't order dessert because no one had arrived after 30 minutes. Yet we arrived at 7 pm on a Monday, and the restaurant was far from full. A shame.

We had a wonderful time at Una Storia! The La Forézienne and La Fromagère pizzas were excellent, as was the Sicilienne, which we had already thoroughly enjoyed. A big thank you to the two gentlemen who took care of us. However, we did have one small complaint about a waitress in the dining room whose attitude unfortunately struck us as rather cold and unpleasant: no smile, no genuinely friendly approach, which contrasted sharply with the warm welcome from the other two staff members. This attitude, so noticeable in the dining room, unfortunately detracts from the image of the entire team, which is otherwise very welcoming and professional.

It's open on Sunday evenings, otherwise the food isn't anything special.

A pleasant surprise! We took a chance without a reservation! A team of friendly, efficient young people were still serving customers at 1:30 pm – no wonder it was so busy. The ribeye steak was good and lean, and my half-pizza and salad were excellent. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

We had a very good meal: Gallo pizza and a generous warm goat cheese salad, with an aperitif, for under €40 for two. The servers were very friendly and smiling. We waited a little while, but it was very busy that day because of the Tour de France. We will be back.
