Excellent establishment. Impeccable service, well located on the banks of the Nive River. Enjoyable meal. Highly recommended.

This establishment is perfect if you want to avoid interacting with any staff, manage your own orders, and handle your own payments. The service is mechanically efficient. You almost feel sorry for them, given how fast they rush around. So all you can do is thank them for bringing your order, since beforehand, you can't ask them about the dishes and you have to remind them about the cleanliness of the tables. And you can't thank them when you leave, since you never see them again. Perhaps I'm still one of those people who needs human interaction. But I remain convinced that there's room for improvement, or a middle ground to be found, when it comes to coming to an establishment where the goal is to have a good time, especially since the prices are comparable to others. This is constructive criticism, not a gratuitous attack. I admit my generational bias. For me, it was a casting mistake; I prefer low to fast...

Very impersonal service. You have to rate the service/food before you've even received everything. It's very noisy… the atmosphere needs improvement.
