An absolute must-visit in Bayonne! A hidden gem tucked away at the foot of the Old Castle. Everything is perfect: the specialty coffee is excellent, and the brunch/lunch options are a delight. You can immediately taste the freshness of the local produce and the homemade quality in every dish (we especially loved their pastries!). The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, the decor is stylish, and the staff is very welcoming. Just be sure to arrive early, as the place is very popular, but it's well worth the wait. Go without hesitation!

Good brunch and a nice place. However, be aware that the soft-boiled egg is a single egg. €4.50 for that is somewhat excessive, even if it's organic. Two eggs would be more reasonable.

Discovered Muxu Coffee during a visit to Bayonne, and what a wonderful surprise! I loved the setting, so clean and welcoming, with a really pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The pancakes were delicious! A big thank you to Kenza for her kindness, her quick service, and for the apple juice! I will gladly return on my next trip to Bayonne.

The food was good, the drinks were just okay. The downside is that they don't have food available all day.

We went there for coffee and breakfast and it was amazing. Their food was delicious, even their most basic scrambled eggs. So we had the scrambled eggs with jamon and also their English biscuit with clotted cream. Both were amazing. Their coffees were also good and they were very friendly. Also really good Internet if you need to work.

Filter coffee tastes like espresso. Not what I expected. For me, filter coffee is coffee made with good beans, whose flavor and notes are noticeable when the beans aren't burnt like for espresso. You won't taste that here. Maybe V60 would be better :(
