The food was decent, but nothing special, especially considering the price. The decor is very basic, the dining room is noisy, and they used the same cutlery for both the appetizer and the main course... The foie gras lacked finesse, and the lamb shank had a very strong flavor; it almost felt like we were in a barn 😅. We did, however, appreciate the potato crisp, which was a nice touch. To make matters worse, our main courses took almost 45 minutes to arrive, while other tables (who had arrived after us) were already having dessert. The staff apologized, but then came back to ask us again what desserts we had ordered (which themselves took a while to arrive; we were the last ones in the restaurant). And there was no gesture of goodwill when it came time to pay. In short, this might be acceptable for a brasserie, but not for a "gastronomic restaurant" as advertised on their Instagram account. We won't be back...

Fantastic discovery March 2026 • Couple A wonderful experience at the Une Semaine Sur Deux restaurant in Grenoble! Honestly, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. The octopus was incredible: perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and well-seasoned... a true delight. And the lamb shank, well... melt-in-your-mouth tender, flavorful, and bursting with taste. You can tell the ingredients are carefully selected and the cooking is done with passion. Warm atmosphere, top-notch service, nothing to complain about. You can tell this is a restaurant that deserves to be better known. We'll definitely be back.

A very pleasant restaurant with a lovely setting and superbly prepared and delicious dishes. Special mention for the octopus, which brought back memories of holidays.

New menu, and it's still just as good. One small drawback: we happened to be seated one evening when there was a table of eight... that's when you realize the usual intimate atmosphere quickly disappears. A little work on the acoustics would bring the ambiance up to the level of the chef's excellent cuisine. There were some minor issues with oversights or errors during service and the final bill... but the restaurant was full, and I sympathize with the servers (for me, what matters most is the food and the team's dedication; to err is human and doesn't stop me from enjoying myself). The evening was definitely less intimate and romantic than expected... But the food is still excellent. I still highly recommend it.

The menu was short, but the two of us found a great lunch spot. Starters: Salmon gravlax, well-accompanied, 8/10; butternut squash velouté, quite to our liking, but served lukewarm on a cold plate, 6/10. Main Courses: Sea bass fillet, well-accompanied, but far, far overcooked, 6/10; and octopus, also well-accompanied but also overcooked in water, so it became tough, 6/10. The sauces weren't bad, but since they were poured over the dishes, it wasn't possible to choose whether or not to have them. Ideally, they would have been served in a corner of the plate. Desserts: Crème brûlée, vanilla-flavored and, above all, that wonderful burnt taste so rare to find in this type of dessert, 9/10; Valrhona chocolate mousse, fragrant, flavorful, and well-accompanied, 9/10. Note: We were a little cold.
