From local charcuterie to typical Basque dishes, everything is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each dish highlights the simplicity and authenticity of the flavors.
The setting is peaceful, the welcome warm, the service attentive, and the food excellent. We had a wonderful time. A must-try if you love authentic Basque cuisine!

A fantastic discovery! The setting is magnificent, warm, and very pleasant. The meal was a real treat, with high-quality, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes. As for the service, it was simply top-notch: a welcoming, smiling, and attentive team from beginning to end.
We really wish there were more restaurants like this one. Everything is there for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
