Ultra-fast service. Sushi and sashimi, as well as some ramen.

We came by chance on a Saturday evening for two. Compared to other restaurants, we found the dining experience rather average... even though the service was fast and pleasant. We ordered platters of maki/sushi/sashimi. The avocado in the maki was hard and flavorless, as it was really underripe. In the spring maki, there was almost no salad (even though that's kind of the idea); it was mainly just the rice paper around it. Luckily, there was a bit of mint in the center. Presentation-wise, some maki weren't properly sealed and opened on the platter. And the salmon sashimi slices were roughly cut, with some slices too thick, which wasn't pleasant. Beyond that, the ingredients weren't bad per se. The miso soup and coleslaw served as starters were good. In terms of decor and general ambiance, nothing extraordinary (the menus are very worn, the music isn't to our taste, and the back room is windowless and dark). This is just our opinion, of course, but I'm not convinced we'll be back.

Quite simply the best sushi in Lyon. I've been getting takeout from them for months now and this place is a safe bet. Excellent sushi and the accompaniments in the menus are appreciable

The products are good and affordable. Options for vegetarians based on cheese and avocado: their choice is limited but it has the merit of being there. On the other hand, it's a bit like a factory... there are constantly crowds of people at the entrance for take-out orders, clearly managed to the detriment of the quality of service in the dining room. Once served, you don't need anything anymore. It's a shame.

Online reservations are available, and lunch service is very fast! The staff is very friendly, and the menus are extensive, with coleslaw, miso soup, and rice.
