Without a doubt, the best sushi in Lyon! I've tried many places, but O'Jap Sushi is by far the best. The quality is incredible: the salmon is exceptionally fresh, melts in your mouth, is flavorful, and bursting with taste. You can immediately tell the ingredients are top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all Japanese food lovers, and even to those who are still hesitant to try sushi!
