Vars Coquillages sur Vars

Very tasty and super fresh sushi. Cozy and trendy interior, and the host is pleasant, unforgiving, and fun. Highly recommended in Vars. (and finally, no cheese for a change)

Delicious 👍🏼 Very good quality 👍🏼 Well done Loïc 👏🏼👏🏼🤩

An exceptional interlude dedicated to shellfish, in a place where authenticity and passion permeate everything. Alongside Loïc and Hugo, the owners, every detail is meticulously and generously executed. The products are impeccably fresh, simply enhanced to reveal their full richness. The welcome is warm and genuine, immediately creating the feeling of being expected. An incredible experience, where culinary delight and conviviality perfectly intertwine. A place to discover and recommend, a must-visit without hesitation.

Absolutely incredible, a fantastic team! Kevin, the sushi was so delicious I'm still dreaming about it, and Coline's service was just superb, thank you! I'll be back.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The sushi was delicious and well-prepared. The service was friendly and welcoming. Thank you to Coline and Kevin. A great place, I recommend it.

An incredible late-night welcome from Coline and Kevin. Truly excellent food, a smile even at night, and high-quality cuisine…

Excellent tuna tartare! Succulent!

I highly recommend this establishment. The atmosphere is warm and festive, the ingredients are fresh, and the portions are generous. The staff is particularly welcoming and pleasant. I will gladly return, and I thank Loïc and Hugo for introducing me to this place.

Incredible discovery! We enjoyed tasting oysters and sea urchin (exceptional quality). The waitress was super friendly, the music was good, the atmosphere was great, and the bouncer was fantastic. I highly recommend this place for a great evening and a delicious meal.

We had a fantastic evening at the restaurant yesterday! Everything was absolutely perfect! Marina, the waiter, was so attentive and lovely! The food was delicious (sushi and whelks!), and after a minor wardrobe malfunction, the waiter gave me his t-shirt! What more could you ask for? Truly an amazing team! I highly recommend it!!! See you next year!
