Verjus sur Paris

What an experience! Young passionate chefs putting their heart and soul onto the plate. a moment of culinary perfection. Thank you chefs 🥰

Food was amazing, one of the tastiest Michelin-like experiences I’ve had. Portions were quite big too, so please come very hungry. Service was quite slow for such restaurants, we had to wait the next course for too long even though place was almost empty.

March 2024 was my third visit to Verjus, but first since it's reopening after they were closed for a period of renovation. The magic that is Verjus is still there: attentive and friendly staff, delicious, incredible food (get the wine pairing!), and an intimate, cosy ambiance. I had a particularly wonderful waitress who even shared the playlist she made for that night's dinner service! Whether it's your first visit (or 9th as in my case) to Paris, make a reservation at Verjus.

It was really good. It was a business meeting, but the taste made me forget about business. Be sure to enjoy it with wine. I liked the atmosphere as it was cozy and not too burdensome.

It was a hot summer night, and my goodness was it magical! Literally from start to finish (we ended up downstairs at the wine bar post meal...top notch). The food and service was splendid and I cannot wait to see what's next for this restaurant. I hope you take your traveling experience to Denver, CO as we were just in awe of everything. The restaurant was small but splendid and our server took the time to explain each dish and wine pairing. I still dream of the dessert! This place is a MUST and my husband and I will be back..that I can promise you. Thank you for taking care in all that you offer..It was an extremely comfortable and unforgettable experience in the best way possible. Again if you all end up doing a pop up restaurant again PLEASE come to Denver, CO I beg of you.

Just a good ole boy from Texas, but best most interesting dining experience I’ve ever had. The best thing about it iis didn’t have to make a decision on what to order. They served five courses and each one was as good as the next and all were fabulous. Loved it!!!

Really good seasonal tasting menu and wine pairings. We felt it was with the price. Service was also great.

Delicious food but TINY TINY portions (hence I deducted a star). I’ve had several tasting menus and never left a restaurant feeling so hungry, which doesn’t really make sense when you’re spending €100 per person. If the portions were a bit larger, it would definitely be 5 stars for me.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Every dish was exquisite. I especially loved the tomatoes tonight. The menu changes all the time so I’m excited to come back again and again. A perfect place to celebrate. It was my birthday along with guests at two other tables so I guess everyone had the same idea. The wine pairing was just right. The herbs are grown at their own farm outside of Paris. The service is terrific. The small space is adorable. They did a great renovation. The location on the Palais royal is wonderful. I love everything about Verjus.
