The poke bowls (tonight red tuna) are simply delicious, filled with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The wok noodles fried with small salmon vegetables is excellent! The flavor combinations are original and perfectly balanced, a real treat for the taste buds! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They are attentive with a real sense of hospitality, the welcome is warm. We will definitely come back to try other dishes that seemed just as tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant.

2024/10 I'm Japanese, but I thought it was delicious as sushi eaten overseas. (Normally, other overseas restaurants only have unusual items such as American rolls.) Nigiri is roughly similar to Japan (if you use salty soy sauce). The chef is said to be Cambodian, but he has researched Japanese food a lot. In particular, the anchovy rolls were delicious and something you won't find in Japan. This is the first time I've heard of the brand Koedo Beer, but I'm pretty sure it's made in Japan.

Un excellent restaurant japonais à Tarbes ! L'ambiance est hyper relaxante, idéale pour un repas en toute tranquillité. Les produits sont d'une fraîcheur irréprochable et la qualité est au rendez-vous. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil chaleureux et très attentionné de la jeune fille qui m'a servi.

We called back and the lady was extremely friendly on the phone and offered to deliver the soup to us. The very kind delivery man also apologized.
