Very Sushi'c sur Tarbes

06/03/2024: Very disappointed, it had been a while since we had ordered and for a change I had a poke bowl (the most expensive plus the tuna one) and what was my surprise... This one had a lower quality than that of a supermarket! rice probably from the day before or more since it was as dry as possible despite being seasoned and in a ridiculous quantity (a ball barely larger than a ping pong ball), the tuna looked like scraps of sushi cuts, raw vegetables no seasoning and large empty spaces in the bowl masked by avocado arranged to take up space visually but not to fill... the only thing okay in the poke bowl was the red cabbage in reasonable quantity, the seaweed (the small piece of seaweed I should say) was as thin as a straw and 1.5cm long... in short a terrible disappointment knowing that everywhere I ate a poke bowl (Good or less good) I'm normally full whereas this was not the case (given the empty spaces and the lack of rice it's not surprising) it's still the first time I've seen such a saddening poke bowl. is a shame... a few years ago you were on a good slope and the more time passes, the worse it gets... Prices have increased sharply, the quality and portions are decreasing, the size of sushi (and sashimi on it) too, only the makis still hold up! I think what still saves you is the kindness of your staff and your delivery men. fortunately they are there to restore the image of you Sushi which for me has lost a lot of its former qualities. I sincerely hope that you can find the same strengths as before and wish you good luck all the same

04/02/2024: Whether in the restaurant or through deliveries, it is excellent, I recommend it very well, I have been a customer for years and I am not disappointed, quite the contrary.
