Very Sushi'c sur Tarbes

A delightful surprise! A warm and discreet welcome, a truly exceptional menu—the freshness and quality of the fish, the cuts, the size of the sushi… I struggle to understand the negative reviews about the service; that wasn't at all the experience we had. I highly recommend it!

We received a very warm welcome, even though we arrived before opening time – a rare occurrence – and we really appreciated it! Thank you! We chose a €59 platter for two, which was generous and excellent in terms of freshness, quality, and variety. We will be back.

I've been going to Tarbes for 10 years, and these are the best sushi in the city. The chef is super friendly and welcoming, I've never been disappointed, I highly recommend them.

A wonderful discovery (to take away)! The California rolls are excellent, as is the poke bowl! Well done! The presentation is lovely, the California rolls in a beautiful box—it's perfect. It's a shame about the initial contact; the telephone reception was rather unprofessional, but the level of service improved during the visit. One suggestion: perhaps add napkins for takeaway meals.
