Very good...very fine and delicious

It's always difficult to get a table here, but we know why! The food is delicious, the staff are incredibly attentive… in short, if you want to have a great time, go for it without hesitation!

The tarte flambée is absolutely to be avoided: the pastry was almost raw and far too thick, there was an excess of cream, and the onions weren't cooked either! In short, there probably wasn't enough heat in the oven, yet 1 p.m. is still early!

An institution in Sarreguemines. Reservations are often made a week in advance, as it's very popular. The waiters and waitresses are always top-notch, doing their best to resolve any unforeseen issues. The food is excellent quality for the price. The menu isn't huge, which is a sign of quality, but the breakfasts change frequently depending on the season. The open kitchen clearly demonstrates that there's nothing to hide; it's far from "Kitchen Nightmares." It's more like a maestro calmly directing his team. A quick visit to the restrooms shows that everything is clean. One minor drawback: if you have a disability, I imagine it might be difficult to use the facilities (I can't comment on this aspect as I don't know how they handle accessibility).

My second time. It's still very good in every respect.
