23/04/2026: The maternity ward is fantastic! I came from Poitiers to give birth in Cognac. The staff were kind and attentive. I had a wonderful birth, exactly as I wanted. The hypnosis sessions beforehand were very beneficial. If I had to go back to giving birth, I would choose this hospital again. A top-notch team that truly listens to its patients. Thank you again to the entire medical team! 😃
20/03/2026: I had an MRI appointment for my 11-year-old daughter, but unfortunately I made a mistake with the date. A huge thank you to Laura G and Cloe for their kindness, compassion, and understanding. They managed to find a time that fit my daughter so I didn't have to come back. Thank you so much!

21/03/2026: Just a quick comment to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the manager I dealt with at lunchtime today. He didn't hesitate to taste a drink, though 😅 Luckily, he was one of the young ones who didn't have a sense of smell, and the second time around I would have been met with a brick wall. We should definitely take a page from this young manager's book. Thanks again. (Note: The housekeeping wasn't great, though...)
