Top-notch service for a tea room offering a rare and refined selection

I love going there. The ground floor has pretty teacups and teapots in an adorable English style, and lots of other things. Upstairs, they offer two simple, homemade dishes that are quite satisfying (well, they're not for big eaters, but for me, they're very good). There's also an incredible selection of delicious desserts, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming.
